Prices
The price of each piece is shown next to it on the current collection page, in Japanese yen. The total payable, with consumption tax, delivery and any other charge, is stated in our reply before you confirm an order. If a fee applies to a styling appointment, wardrobe edit or gift selection, we state it before you book.
Charges besides the price
Delivery (stated for each order), any charge of the payment method you choose, and the cost of sending an item back when the return is for a reason other than a fault. Nothing else is added.
Payment methods and timing
The methods and the due date are stated in our reply for each order, because this site does not take payment online. We never ask for card numbers by email.
Delivery
Method, cost and timing are stated per order in our reply before you confirm. We give no general lead time on this site.
How to order
Write to us about a piece. We reply with availability, size, colour, the total, delivery and payment. The order is binding when you have confirmed by email and we have confirmed back. Until then you may withdraw without giving a reason.
Faulty or wrong items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, write to us soon after delivery with a photograph. We arrange an exchange or a refund depending on the case and bear the cost of the return.
Returns for other reasons
The conditions are stated in our reply before you confirm. If the reply states none, you may return an unused item within 8 days of receiving it; the cost of returning it is yours. Please tell us before you send it back.
Styling services
Changes and cancellations are made by email. Any fee and what happens to it on cancellation are stated before you book.
Licences and registration numbers
This site does not claim any licence, registration or qualification number. If one applies to a particular sale, it is stated in our reply.
Photographs and descriptions
The photographs on this site are illustrative styling images and may not show the exact item. Fibre content and colour are given as supplied to us; the label on the garment governs, and we read it out on request.
How we answer enquiries
We reply to written enquiries by email as soon as we can. This site gives no fixed reply time and no opening hours, and nobody should come to the address above without a confirmed appointment.

What we do with the details you send us is set out in the privacy policy. The conditions of sale in full are in the terms of use and sale; if anything in this notice differs, the more specific statement in our reply for your order applies.
Governing law
Japanese law applies to every sale made through this site. A dispute that cannot be settled by talking goes to the court named in the terms of use and sale.
